Well actually, we is just I. I'm Hollie, lover of all things beautiful and raw. Incredibly passionate about patting every dog I come across and filling every space in my tiny house with plants and succulents so there is literally no room for anything else. I love eating fruit straight from their trees, watching plants grow unbelievable flowers and sitting back and enjoying friends and strangers alike bonding over the platters I create.
I'm a perfectionist and like most perfectionists I'm my own worst critic. I'll happily do things a hundred times over until it is just right. I use that passion for perfection in what I create for my clients. I want everyone's experience with The Honest Platter to be one that they walk away from feeling a new love for food.
We operate out of a certified kitchen and I hold a food control plan licence issued by the Tauranga City Council. The Honest Platter is a registered business that abides by all laws and regulations designed to ensure safe food. I’m open about all aspects of business and the way in which I operate, so I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
Honesty is my core value, in life and in business. Building relationships with clients, fellow businesses and people that I meet on my travels around the Bay of Plenty is what keeps The Honest Platter, honest.
